1. Served in the  U.S. Air Force attached to the Electronic Security Command
2. Served at the National Security Agency in Maryland, San Vito Southern Italy, Navy Air Station in Pensacola FL and MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa Florida.
3. Currently has 2 sons serving in the Air Force and Army, 1 daughter playing Varsity Volleyball and 3 others who swim and run, youngest son undecided J
4. Enjoys working out at the Siskey YMCA and Metro Aquatic Center
5. Active in Tri Events from Sprints to ½ Ironman races in the southeast. Enjoys running at local 5k & 10K events w/family
6. Obtained GRI, ABR, CRS Real Estate designations plus obtained his mortgage broker license to better understand issues his buyers were facing
7. Has worked Full Time as a Real Estate Broker for 15 years
8. Member of the National & North Carolina Association of Realtors® and Carolina Multiple Listing Service, Inc. for over 15 years
9. "MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER" & Top Producer during his 15 year career. Dane has closed over 1500 transactions making him one of the top 1% of brokers in the Metro Charlotte area over the last 10 years.
